Juvy Lizette M. Gervacio is an Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Management and Development Studies of the UP Open University. She finished her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science (Political Science-Philosophy) as well as her Master of Arts in Demography from the University of the Philippines. She also obtained a Master of Public Management degree from the University of Potsdam in Germany.

Her research interests include e-learning for lifelong learning; management of virtual team; open educational resources; capacity development; public sector reform; public policy; good governance and accountability;  local governance; and demography.
