 Joane V. Serrano is an Associate Professor I of the Faculty of Management and Development Studies, UP Open University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Development Communication from UP Los Banos.  She finished her Master of Management Major in Development Management  and Doctor of Philosophy Major in Development Communication  from the same university.
