Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, the students should be able to:
- Understand the role of real estate in a diversified investment portfolio and the work of the real estate portfolio manager;
- Interpret and apply the concepts and principles of real estate portfolio management;
- Develop a portfolio investment strategy in real estate;
- Analyze the risks associated with a portfolio investment strategy in real estate; and
- Evaluate the performance of a real estate portfolio.
