Community of Nations & Nation of Communities

The CNNC or Community of Nations and Nation of Communities is a short course scholarship program under the Faculty of Management and Development Studies, UP Open University funded by the Eurasia Foundation.

This short course scholarship program aims to provide a venue for members of local government units, non-government organizations, and/or other local organizations to learn about playing a role in regional affairs, leading to the formation of an active network of local organizations  that transcend national borders. In doing so, local organizations  could more actively complement national efforts to contribute to East Asian and Eurasian regional development and peace.

The short course scholarship program is open to local chief executives, government personnel, researchers, and members of non-government organizations, non-profit organizations, peoples organizations, academe, private and/or corporate entities.
