Feeding MinDS
Feeding MinDS is an established series within the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS), University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) that aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and upskilling among the faculty members and staff. Additionally, Feeding MinDS incorporates mentoring and application of learning components.
MindsMatter@FMDS aims to address health and wellness concerns comprehensively by providing faculty members and staff with access to a holistic support system. It encompasses various aspects of life, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
