Course Description: Food across ASEAN cultures and societies, its function, patterns, and classification, food habits and preferences, cultural practices and/or food behavior.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
1. Describe how food culture has been shaped by the people, their traditions and history;
2. Identify traditional food across the ASEAN region;
3. Explain food behavior, habits and preferences; and
4. Compare major food culture across the ASEAN region.
