Course Description:

Concepts and principles in organizational development focusing on planned change, processes of nursing quality management systems, patient and occupational safety and their application to nursing administration. It also includes concepts in information systems, financial management, and policy development.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the course, you should be able to:
