The Master of Public Management (MPM) Program of the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is  announcing the availability of the “MPM Playlist” at networks.upou.edu.ph.

The MPM Playlist consists of readily accessible online videos on a wide variety of topics related to Public Administration including but not limited to theories and approaches to public administration, governance, managing resource and federalism, and good practices of selected Local Government Units and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).  The videos were delivered by experts from the academe, local government officials and other public servants.

The MPM Playlist is particularly useful to all public administration teachers, students and scholars and interested individuals. The videos are also incorporated by the MPM Faculties-In-Charge (FICs) in their respective online courses in UPOU.

The videos were recorded from the Learning Visits and the Let’s Talk it Over (LTiO) sessions conducted by the MPM Program in the previous years.

As Open Educational Resources (OERs), these videos are available to everyone. UNESCO defines OER as teaching, learning and research materials in any medium – digital or otherwise – that reside in the public domain or have been released under an open license that permits no-cost access, use, adaptation and redistribution by others with no or limited restrictions.

These OERs serve as a platform for continued learning despite the current situation of being quarantined due to COViD-19. Anyone can watch the videos at the comforts of their home and pursue lifelong learning while staying safe.

The complete list of the videos, its title, length, speaker, link, and a short description is available here.
