From local community stewardship to national policy, the Rights of Nature (RoN) framework is reshaping ecological justice. The UPOU Faculty of Management and Development Studies’ (FMDS) together with the Philippine Misereor Partnership, Inc. (PMPI), we invite you to a groundbreaking dialogue bridging theory, law, and action.

We are cordially inviting you to the upcoming Let’s Talk It Over: A Public Dialogue on Rights of Nature (RoN), People and the Future, on 03 August 2026 (Monday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the UPOU World Class Multimedia Production Building (WCMPB), via Zoom and other UPOU social media platforms.

This event is organized in collaboration with the Philippine Misereor Partnership, Inc. (PMPI), the network that leads in the Rights of Nature campaign in the Philippines— a movement advancing environmental conservation and ecological justice. The dialogue will bring together internal and external stakeholders across a whole-day hybrid program. This Let’s Talk it Over session will cover SDGs 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 13, 14, 15, & 17.
