Aspiring participants can secure their spot starting from 6 October 2023. To register and join UPOU’s e-STaR Challenge, simply go to this registration link and fuel your creativity and environmental stewardship.

The UPOU e-STaR Challenge is more than just a challenge; it’s a call to action. Let’s come together to transform e-waste into sustainable and artistic materials.

The public exhibit of upcycled creations will be held at the Multipurpose Hall, UPOU Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna from 9-13 October 2023 during the Los Baños Horticulture Society, Inc.’s (LBHSI) Flower and Garden Show. This exhibit promises to showcase the artistic, functional, and sustainable potential of e-waste materials.

The awarding ceremony of UPOU’s e-STaR Challenge awaits you on 14 October 2023. Join us in a celebration of creativity and innovation at the Centennial Center for Digital Training (CCDL) Auditorium, UPOU Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna.

As part of our commitment to responsible e-waste management, the day will also feature an enlightening seminar on sustainable e-waste management. Learn about the importance of responsible e-waste disposal, the environmental and health risks of improper practices, and how we can make a difference through sustainable approaches.

By participating in UPOU’s e-STaR Challenge and attending the awarding ceremony and seminar, you are not only contributing to a greener planet but also expanding your knowledge about one of the most pressing issues faced by our world.

Mark your calendars, and register on 6 October 2023.
