The last lecture for the Community of Nations and Nation of Communities was delivered by none other than the Chairman of the Eurasia Foundation (from Asia), Dr. Yoji Sato, the head of the governing body behind the approval of the grant for the short course.
The short course is organized by the Faculty of Management and Development, UP Open University under a research grant awarded by the Eurasia Foundation (from Asia). It was held from the 21st of February until the 22nd of May 2024 for a group of participants selected through an application process.
Dr. Sato, who delivered a number of talks in universities all around the world, presented about Towards a Eurasian Community. He discussed a broad range of topics focusing on harmonious and peaceful societies through the elimination of conflict. His presentation also covers the influence of human perception on reality, describing how our observation turns energy into tangible matter. Dr. Sato’s presentation also touched on emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, and introduces the National Economic Security and Recovery Act (NESARA) and Global Economic Security and Reformation Act (GESARA) acts aimed at economic reforms as well as ethical evolution towards positive emotions and collective consciousness. Finally, he also discussed the ascension of human consciousness, promoting positive emotions and ethical behavior for a peaceful global society.
The program concluded with a few questions from the CNNC fellows entertained by Dr. Sato and was followed by a short song presentation of Subaru (the Pleiades) popularized by Japanese singer-songwriter Shinji Tanimura. The song, one of Shinji Tanimura’s magnum opus, depicts the human spirit’s resilience and the pursuit of dreams despite the inevitability of fate. Aside from his lecture, Dr. Sato was also able to briefly meet with Chancellor Melinda DP. Bandalaria of UPOU for a short formal introduction and discussion of possible future engagements.
Dr. Sato’s talk contributes to United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) such as SDG 4 (Quality Education) in promoting education and awareness about global issues, technology, and human consciousness and further supports SDG9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) with his discussion of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, which are crucial for innovation and infrastructure development. This also supports SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) with NESARA and GESARA directly related to economic reforms and sustainable economic growth. On the other hand, his focus on harmonious and peaceful societies through the elimination of conflict ties directly to promoting peaceful and inclusive societies which contributes to SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions). Ultimately, it supports SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals), with the overarching theme of global cooperation towards a Eurasian community and collective consciousness which aligns with building partnerships to achieve the UN SDGs.
