In line with the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the following guidelines will be enforced regarding the entry and exit through the UPOU Gate:

  1. Only UPOU, UPLB and IRRI personnel who are authorized by their respective administrators will be allowed to enter and exit through the UPOU Gate;
  2. Only emergency life and death situations are exempted from this restriction.

These guidelines will remain in effect from 18 March 2020 until further notice.
